About the event
Sheri Whinery LCSW will be hosting a 6 week psychoeducational & experiential group. This is a 6 week group to uncover the core of low self esteem and the function of the brain they will learn tools and skills to improve self esteem & confidence. A journal will be included. You must RSVP, spots are limited.
To get the advance discount you must pay by May 31st, pay for 5 sessions & get the 1 free.
Cost is $25 a session
Total is $150
