INDIA SCHLITZ M.S. LAC
I am a licensed associate counselor. I received my Masters in Professional Counseling with an Emphasis in Childhood and Adolescent Disorders from Grand Canyon University in June of 2021. I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Harding University in December of 2016.
Throughout the last couple of years, I have had the privilege of experiencing community mental health and the chance to work with a variety of people, including children to older adults as well as a wide range of mental health disorders. I specialize in trauma-informed care and use both CBT and DBT as modes of therapy. I acknowledge every person is different and there is no “one size fits all” approach. I work with my clients to explore the core issues they are facing so they may heal and live a more fulfilling life.
I have lived the majority of my life in Arizona, I have 2 wonderful kids and dogs with who I spend most of my time with.
