What to expect with counseling?

The first one or two sessions focus on a comprehensive assessment to better understand your concerns, history, and strengths. Based on this, we develop a customized treatment plan tailored specifically to you.
Throughout the counseling process, we draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques, therapeutic models, and practical tools to support your healing journey.
We provide counseling services for individuals of all ages, as well as specialized support through couples counseling and family counseling.
